The customer parks his/her car in this area, is greeted by a friendly smile, requests the service and then can proceed to spend his/her time in a more productive fashion without having to wait for his/her car to be serviced. When the customer returns, the car is still in the same place, where the customer will pay for the service and simply proceed to the next destination.
