- ProntoWash is the inventor of an innovative concept of car washing. PW International owns the trademarks and patents of the system and sells master franchises of car wash and high end detailing services worldwide. PW International has been in business since 2001 and has master franchises in 20 countries. ProntoWash USA is the company that has the exclusivity rights to operate and sell regional and individual franchises throughout the USA. ProntoWash USA has been in business since 2002.

- How does the PW car washing system work?
- Our system consists in washing a car with less than 1 pint of fresh water. Our method is based on the Washing Kart technology that permits to spray a low-pressure mix of water and waxes that attracts and adheres dirt, which is later removed by using a cloth with a specific porosity. This process allows us to perform our services without any waste water.
- Where are the services rendered?
- The services are rendered within the parking area of a busy commercial property (usually a busy shopping mall, office complex or other parking structure) primarily through an assigned parking “HUB” area that we define as AutoSpa. This area is properly branded and has the retail look that helps create a high level of awareness.
- What are the steps in becoming a franchise owner?
- 1. Submit the application form.
2. Request copy of UFOC.
3. Validate business concept - talk with other franchisees.
4. Conduct final analysis of investment opportunity.
5. Discovery day (visit with franchisor four to five operations).
6. Sign franchise agreement.
- How do I find the right location?
- ProntoWash has put extensive time in building relationships with major mall developers and corporate locations throughout the country. We currently have on-going relationships with companies like Simon Properties, Taubman Properties, Glimcher Properties, General Growth Properties, Westfield Group and Mills Group to name a few.
Once we have mutually agreed on what is the right location for you, ProntoWash will initiate contact with the property and conduct the negotiation and finalize the lease on your behalf.
- Does PW give training and support?
- PW offers its franchisees training and support in the following subjects: Administration, Operations, Sales, Marketing and Human resources.

- You can join us at three different levels:
- Individual Franchisee
- Multi-unit franchisee: three individual franchises

- Which is the individual franchisee business?
- The individual franchisee business is to run the car wash and high end detailing operation in one specific parking lot. He will manage a staff of washers, will be in direct contact with his clients by offering services and taking care of their needs.
- Which is the master franchisee business?
- The MF is responsible for developing his territory and supporting franchisees. He will operate his owned units and also will sell franchises, giving them the appropriate initial and ongoing support.
- What is the initial investment?
- The initial investment for an individual franchise depends on the size of the business the franchisee wants to run. It ranges between 70 and 120 thousand dollars approximately.
- Do you provide financing?
- We have contact with financial institutions that may finance part of your investment.
